I did take a healthy amount of pictures in 2009, so here's what the year looked like for me. I didn't take nearly as many pictures as I should have, but this is a pretty good idea of what the year was like for me. First time on the West Coast, a day on the farm canning tomatoes, food, beer, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, DC, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, hiking, records, abandoned amusement park, hotels..........

Viking helmet is still my favorite!
If I had to pick a favorite it would probably be one of the ones from Cannon Beach, OR. I only stepped foot on the beach two times this year, once at the Atlantic (Charleston, SC) and once at the Pacific (Cannon Beach). Both were amazing trips for me to places I'd never been but fell instantly in love with.
is it the one where you seem to be channeling the old man (and the sea)?! that's near the top of my favorites too
I really like the one of the two people on the beach in the chairs. I saw them from a distance and kind of crept up on them from behind to get the shot. Really beautiful place.
